Special Guest

The Rincon / University Jazz bands develop skilled members with a dedication to Jazz music. The RUHS Jazz program has a history of excellence and has been recognized locally, statewide, and nationally. Its members are among the top Jazz musicians in the state, as evidenced by the number of our students placed in the ABODA Allstate Jazz Ensembles. In 2019, after a competitive, rigorous application process, RUHS Jazz l was selected to attend and perform at The Midwest Clinic, a convention attended by 20,000 band and orchestra directors, the largest of its kind in the world. In 2023, Jazz l was selected to perform at the Arizona Music Educators Association Conference.

Silent Auction

We have many unique items donated. We hope to see you there to help support this great program at this entertaining event. We will all enjoy a night of entertaining Jazz music and community while bidding on a long list of auction items. If you want to donate an item, please email us at VPfundrasing@RangerBand.org.

This is a community event to support the Jazz Bands at Rincon / University High School. This year, the bands are raising funds to help pay general expenses and travel costs to the NAU Jazz Festival.
