Trailer Sponsorship

The RUHS Band program relies
on generous sponsorships from
the Tucson community to ensure
instruments, equipment, and
props are transported safely to
all events and competitions. The
program uses two trailers to
transport this equipment to our
competitions all over the state.
Sponsorship provides funds for
repairs, insurance, and
maintenance. The trailers are visible as we travel to Phoenix, Sahuarita, and around Tucson. Promote your business while supporting RUMBA.

TRAVEL WITH US AS A SPONSOR

RUMBA is pleased to offer several levels of sponsorship. All Sponsors receive logos in
prominent visible locations on the trailers and are promoted on RUMBA social media and on this website. Please email VPfundraising@RangerBand.org to receive the digital file requirements for the logo.

LEVEL OF SPONSORSHIP

RUHS GOLD SPONSOR – $1,000 Permanent business card logos on the front and back of trailer
RUHS SILVER SPONSOR – $500 Permanent full ‘business card’ logo on the back of the trailer (see example)
RUHS BRONZE SPONSOR- $300 Yearly fee for a Full “business card” logo on the back of trailer
RUHS SPIRIT SPONSOR – $200 Yearly fee for half the ‘business card’ logo on the back of the trailer (see example)
