  • Grocery Certificates
    This program is a real winner. We all buy groceries. By purchasing certificates through RUMBA, a percentage is donated to your IMF. For example, if you spend $100.00/week, your IMF accrues $260.00 in a year. Currently, two area stores have certificate programs.

    The certificates are used just like cash at the stores.

    Please download order forms from the Forms Page. Feel free to copy the forms and encourage relatives, neighbors and friends (who also buy groceries) to assist you in building your IMF.

    Self-addressed stamped envelopes defray RUMBA's cost of processing this program.

    Please allow approximately one week for volunteers to get the certificates mailed back to you.

    Safeway stores participate in this new program that provides a rebate for purchases linked to your scanned Safeway Club Card. To register for this program, visit www.eScrip.com and go to "sign up." RUMBA's ID is # 10631816. It only takes minutes to register and then the program begins to work for you. Be sure to check out some of the other national merchants that will contribute for your student's IMF through this program. If friends or relatives sign up to benefit your student, please e-mail their names to the RUMBA Treasurer so that we can keep track of that for you as well. Your personal password will be sent to you so that you can track your contributions.
